Sarah Rayne Trick lives in the capital of Canada, where she reads Important Books and thinks about them. Occasionally, she thinks about writing Books herself, but wouldn't dare presume these were Important. (She has, however, written a Petrarchan sonnet about Thomas Aquinas, which she's pretty sure must be unique. Who else would bother?) She's pretty much the archetype of the pretentious liberal arts student, only with better hair and a taste for the kind of literature Plato would want banned. (Plato and Aristotle, btw? Would not be out of place at a present-day science fiction convention. Whether the rest of us would want them there is another question.)
